LOT.104 BAND COLLAR SHIRT
Choose options
A band collar shirt based on a 1910s dress shirt found in New York City. At the time, white shirts (plain white dress shirts) were considered the epitome of elegance, and it was the status quo for wealthy people to own a certain number of shirts. For those who had only the minimum number of shirts on hand, detachable collars appeared. It became possible to wear white shirts by washing only the collar. In the 1910s, when three-dimensional patterns were the norm, the construction of this shirt is quite unusual. The shoulder line has no shoulder slope, and the sleeves are straight with armholes that are full at the sides. The pattern is formed with more straight lines than expected. This straight line pattern and the band collar collar in its lost state were incorporated directly into the design. The fabric is made of 100% American cotton (COTTON USA) with uneven yarn and produced on an old-style power loom.
Our products are dyed with natural dyes, so there may be uneven dyeing, but it is a characteristic of the product. Please note that the color may fall or migrate when exposed to sunlight, friction, or wetting with water for a long period of time. Please avoid layering with white or light-colored items. The iron accessories used for tack buttons, rivets, buckles, etc. are faithfully reproduced in the details of old times, and since the materials have not been faithfully processed to prevent rust etc, Therefore, there is a possibility that the accessories may rust or become dangerous (sharp pin tips) when used. We cannot be held responsible for any accidents or damages caused by the use of this product, so please check the product thoroughly and make sure you understand the product. About Size and Dimensions Even for the same item, there may be individual differences of 1 to 2 cm due to the production and processing process.
