The Company shall acquire personal information through lawful and fair means. The Company shall acquire Users' personal information only to the extent necessary to achieve the purposes of use specified in this Policy. The Company may request Users to provide their personal information when they register as a member through this Site or when making inquiries to the Company. When Users provide personal information through this Site, the Company shall protect such communication by encrypting it using SSL (Secure Sockets Layer) technology to prevent unauthorized access by third parties, and shall strive to ensure security.

PURPOSES OF USE OF USER INFORMATION

OUTSOURCING

When outsourcing operations such as information processing to third parties, the Company may provide personal information to such subcontractors to the extent necessary to achieve the purposes of use specified herein. In such cases, the Company shall confirm that the subcontractors to whom personal information is provided ensure a sufficient level of personal information protection, and shall require them to assume confidentiality obligations toward the Company. Furthermore, when outsourcing all or part of the handling of personal information, the Company shall exercise necessary and appropriate supervision over the subcontractors to ensure the secure management of the personal information whose handling has been outsourced.

NOTIFICATION OF PURPOSE OF USE, DISCLOSURE, CORRECTION, ETC., AND CESSATION OF USE, ETC., OF PERSONAL INFORMATION

However, this shall not apply if the request does not meet the requirements stipulated by the APPI, or if there are grounds permitted by the APPI or other laws and regulations for the Company to refuse disclosure, etc. Please note in advance that a fee may be charged for these requests for disclosure, etc.

AMENDMENTS TO THIS POLICY

The Company may amend all or part of this Policy. Furthermore, the Company may change the purposes of use of personal information within a range that is reasonably recognized as having relevance to the purposes of use before the change, and in the event of such a change, the Company shall notify Users or make a public announcement.
