Refund policy

RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY

We do not accept returns for personal reasons.

Please note in advance that we cannot process refunds for items returned without prior notice, or for returns and cancellations due to refusal of delivery.

However, we will accept returns or exchanges in the event of damage, defects, or incorrect items upon arrival. Please contact us at inventory@taigatakahashi.com within 7 days of receiving your item, providing your order number and full details.

We will exchange the item for the correct product only if it is returned using the method designated by the Company. If the item is out of stock and an exchange cannot be made, a refund will be processed instead. In such cases, the Company will cover the return shipping costs.

Please note that any return or exchange mentioned above is strictly subject to meeting all of the following conditions:
(1) The item being returned or exchanged must be unused. (Items without product tags will not be considered unused.)
(2) All item accessories, attachments, and the delivery note must be returned in the exact same condition as when they were delivered.
(3) Any other conditions separately designated by the Company.
