During the post-war economic boom, Italian collar shirts were popular at resorts.
Characterized by the opening curvier than open collar shirts, it was a perfect item to look relaxed when T-shirts were still not part of the resort culture. The shirt, made from linen yarn for the warp and a blend of linen, ramie, and cotton slub yarn for the weft, is finished with natural washer finish for a textured look. The combination of different count yarns and fabrics creates uneven shrinkage, giving the fabric a unique texture that manifests after garment dyeing. For this season, garment dyeing with "Binchotan charcoal "and "techi (Yeddo Hawthorn) wood" is used.CHARCOAL DYED GRAY uses powdered charcoal in small kilns to obtain a unique texture. TECHI WOOD DYED BROWN used to dye the base of mud dyeing involves boiled extract of techi wood bark on Amami Oshima Island. The reddish-brown color, something that cannot be replicated with chemical dyes, gives the shirt a distinctive, natural appearance.
Our products are dyed with natural dyes, so there may be uneven dyeing, but it is a characteristic of the product. Please note that the color may fall or migrate when exposed to sunlight, friction, or wetting with water for a long period of time. Please avoid layering with white or light-colored items. The iron accessories used for tack buttons, rivets, buckles, etc. are faithfully reproduced in the details of old times, and since the materials have not been faithfully processed to prevent rust etc, Therefore, there is a possibility that the accessories may rust or become dangerous (sharp pin tips) when used. We cannot be held responsible for any accidents or damages caused by the use of this product, so please check the product thoroughly and make sure you understand the product. About Size and Dimensions Even for the same item, there may be individual differences of 1 to 2 cm due to the production and processing process.
