In addition to the classic IVORY, this season's edition features the brand's symbolic "mud dyeing" and the new garment dyeing with "Binchotan charcoal" and "techi (Yeddo Hawthorn) wood". CHARCOAL DYED GRAY uses powdered charcoal in small kilns to obtain a unique texture. TECHI TREE DYED BROWN used to dye the base of mud dyeing involves boiled extract of techi wood bark on Amami Oshima Island. The reddish-brown color, something that cannot be replicated with chemical dyes, gives the T-shirt a distinctive, natural appearance. IVORY PAINT is a paint process based on the coveralls that Taiga Takahashi wore during his studio work as an artist.
