LOT.315 RAILROAD JACKET

This is a redesign of coveralls British railroad workers probably used to wear in the 1940s. Sewn-on collar and reinforcement stitching on the waist pockets are typical details of British workwear from that era. The change buttons on the original model have been replaced with metal buttons to be coordinated with LOT.214 as an ensemble. Lacquered metal buttons are a common feature of British workwear of that time. The original waist-point fabric is treated with LOGWOOD GRAY, a natural dye, and Amami Oshima's mud dyeing.
