LOT.208 CINCH-BACKED TROUSERS
Formal trousers from the 1910s found in France.
They have a slit at the back, iron suspender buttons, and center press both front and back.
Suspenders were indispensable for dressing up, as belts did not exist at that time and belt loops themselves did not exist.
The design was thicker, falling straight down from the waistband to the hem.
