The work trousers, based on the workpants made in the US in the 1940s, has a low-rise silhouette characterized by straight lines dropping from the thighs. Its waistband has buttons on the reverse side to suggest a styling with suspenders.

The fabric replicates the salt and pepper stripe used in the French vintage work jacket from the 1940s. The striped fabric using twisted grandrelle yarn, dyed with sulfur and finished with degreasing washer, carries a dry, non-oily touch. Further garment washing enhances the fades of seam allowances and wrinkles, evoking a sense of aged authenticity.
